Looking for 1 -2 bedroom suite/ small house that allows a cat and possibly later a small dog..   Place with a yard ideal. 
I am a very good tenant with full time employment + excellent references.  This would be a long term rental if I like the place.

I have something that might work. It won't hurt to look or find out more anyway. I'm asking $500 plus you pay hydro, small four bedroom house with yard, not fenced, electric heat and HW, small kitchen, lots of parking but I will be storing vehicles there too, partly furnished. Currently no tenants, needs some repairs.
